Who reads Arcscan
The audience for a block explorer is not a general one. It is developers integrating against the chain, operators debugging a failed transaction, analysts tracing flows, and people checking whether a payment landed. They arrive with a specific question and a hash, address or block height in hand.
Because gas on Arc is USDC, that audience skews toward payments and settlement rather than toward trading: a fee here is a dollar figure, and the questions people bring to this site tend to be operational ones.
We publish no traffic figure on this page. This site carries no third-party analytics, so any impressions-per-month number would be invented. Ask, and you will get what we actually measured rather than a marketing number.
That measurement is ours and it is narrow on purpose. An impression is counted on this server when a slot is served with a creative in it; a click is counted when the first-party redirect is followed. There is no beacon, no pixel and no cookie anywhere in the chain, which means the numbers cannot tell two readers from one reader twice — and neither we nor you learn anything about who they are.

What we will run, and what we will not
Every creative is checked against the first list before it goes live. The second list does not change.
Creative requirements
- Static assets, served from this origin. No third-party ad script, no iframe, no tracking pixel. This is enforced, not requested: a creative whose image points at another host, or whose link is not
https:, is dropped when the inventory loads and never renders. The site’s content security posture and its no-tracking promise both depend on that, and neither is negotiable for a placement. - Labelled as advertising. Every placement carries a visible marker. An advertisement that a reader could mistake for site content is not a placement we will run.
- Nothing that imitates the interface. No creative may look like a status badge, a verification tick, a wallet prompt or a system message.
- We can reject a creative at our discretion, including after a campaign has started, and specifically anything that would mislead a reader about the safety or provenance of an on-chain asset.
Not for sale, at any price
An explorer is worth advertising on only for as long as readers believe what it says. These are excluded permanently, and the exclusion is the product:
- Search results and ranking. What a query returns is determined by the chain, never by who paid.
- Address, contract and token labels. A label on this site means the chain proves it. Selling one would make every other label worthless.
- Removal or suppression of chain data. It is public, it is immutable, and it is not ours to hide.
- A verification, audit or safety signal of any kind. Arcscan does not certify contracts, and a paid badge that looks like one is how readers get hurt.
- Anything that reads as Arcscan endorsing a product, token or company.
- Reader data. There is none to sell — no accounts, no tracking cookies, no profiles. See the privacy policy.
