The three-tier gas widget exists on other chains because fees on an auction-priced chain swing by an order of magnitude within a block, so a sender genuinely has to choose between paying more and waiting longer. Arc does not present that choice: the base fee is smoothed toward a dollar target rather than recomputed from congestion, and blocks currently run at 0.23% of their gas limit. Three tiers here would print the same number three times.
What does vary — throughput, block fullness and the dollar cost of a real action — is above. And because the unit of account is the dollar, the one figure every other explorer has to hedge is exact here: 1USDC is one dollar, by construction, with no oracle and no staleness caveat.
